WOODY FALGOUST is an attorney, notary public and Louisiana title insurance agent. In 1995, he earned a Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University, and in 1991, he obtained a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri. After law school, he worked briefly in the legal department for Bollinger Shipyards before spending two years working for a maritime defense law firm in New Orleans; he then began his private practice in 1997. He is a member of the Louisiana Association of Independent Title Insurance Agents, the Lafourche Parish Bar Association and the Bayou Board of Realtors. Woody has testified before the Louisiana Legislature in favor of proposed title and settlement law and is a continuing education lecturer for National Business Institute, Security Title and the Bayou Board of Realtors.
